Regular updates on construction progress and engaging digital content for status reports were missing. External and internal services only available after long term booking in advance.

Drone available for flights on short notice to create marketing and project status content. Project progress tracking by setup of regular scheduled flights on predefined GPS waypoints.
Challenge
New project management software was planned to be rolled out during a running project. Only basic training material mainly in German available for an English speaking environment.
Approach
Prepare comprehensive advanced training material in required language and implement rollout-plan with several live demonstrations. Introduce with our team a follow-up 1:1 support for all users and run quality control on all system exportet status reports to ensure recognition of reports between systems.
